Appeals Policy
Any person who disagrees with a decision regarding a complaint or content removal request may appeal the decision by contacting complaints@guidedbygoddess.com, identifying the original complaint, and explaining the reason for the appeal.
The appeal will be reviewed using any additional information or documentation provided.
Any person depicted in content available through this website may request or appeal for removal of that content.
When such an appeal is received, we will review the applicable consent and other relevant records.
If it is determined that valid consent was not given, cannot be established, or is void under applicable law, the content will be removed.
If there is a disagreement concerning whether consent was valid or whether consent is void under applicable law, the disagreement may be submitted to an independent neutral body for resolution at the merchant's expense.
